Why does the screen of the Redmi Watch 4 freeze after downloading the watch face (Light and Night)?
The device reboots and crashes due to the error in the dial file. Please delete the dial in the Redmi Watch 4 or in Mi Fitness APP on your phone, and wait for the watch to restart before downloading and using it again.

1. You can change it on the watch side. Slide up on the watch home screen to enter [Settings] >> select [Watch faces] >> select the watch face you prefer;
2. You can also change it in the Mi Fitness APP. When the watch is connected to the phone, open the [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Manage watch face] >> tap the watch face you want to replace >> tap [Apply];
3. If you want to delete the dial, open the [Mi Fitness] APP >> [Manage watch face] >> [My watch faces] >> select downloaded dials >> tap the three-dot icon at the upper right corner >> tap the [Delete watchfaces] option. In another way, you can enter [Settings] on your watch >> [Watch faces] >> press and hold on the watch face >> [Delete].
Note:
Due to the large memory consumption of dials, in order to ensure the running rate of the watch system, when the number of added watch faces is too large, you will not be able to add new watch face, and there will be a prompt of insufficient memory when downloading. The last preset watch face cannot be deleted.
