For your reference, please check for the following conditions:
1. If the main unit is not in contact with the fabric, the UV light will automatically turn off to prevent UV leakage. Place the main unit back onto the fabric surface to restore normal operation. This is a normal occurrence, so please use it with confidence;
2. Ensure that the bottom roller is properly pressed down. Clear any obstructions that prevent the roller from fully engaging.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it indicates the UV light is broken. Please contact the local after-sales service center for assistance.
