Why does the suction of the Xiaomi Truclean W20 Wet Dry Vacuum decrease?
This vacuum has a brushless motor with a speed of 90000 rpm, generating a super strong suction force of up to 6.5KPa, quickly removing water stains on the ground. The water absorption speed and sewage recovery rate are much higher than ordinary cotton dry towels.
If the suction decreases, please troubleshoot by referring to the following steps:
1. The sewage in the dirty water tank has reached the specified capacity. Please take out the dirty water tank and pour out the sewage before use;
2. The roller brush cover and the dirty water tank are not installed properly. Please reinstall them;
3. If the rolling brush is entangled by hair or other objects, please clean the rolling brush;
4. The suction port or pipeline of the floor brush is blocked. Please clean the obstacles inside the suction port or pipeline of the floor brush;
5. The filter is dirty. Please clean the filter before use;
6. The battery is low. Please charge the device fully before using it.
