How to set the Auto pause feature during exercise on the Xiaomi Watch S3?
To set the Auto pause feature during exercise on your smartwatch, please refer to the following steps:
1. Press the upper button to enter the app menu and tap the workout app icon or press the lower button to enter the workout interface;
2. Select the workout you want to set;
3. Tap the screw nut icon;
4. Toggle the [Auto pause] switch to enable this feature.
Note:
1. Outdoor running, walking, hiking, outdoor cycling, and treadmill support Auto pause by default;
2. The sports entered directly through sports recognition do not support automatic pause.
