If the device searched for doesn’t belong to you, the Mi Fitness App will appear as the prompt. So please check it again. The device will vibrate and prompt “Confirm on your phone” under normal conditions. It is suggested that you search for devices again on the app when you receive a prompt but the watch doesn't respond.
To check the binding status of your watch/band, please refer to the following steps:
1. Check if it is in a pending binding state when the device is being used for the first time;
2. Please check if there are other similar devices around it when your watch/band does not vibrate during the process and prompts “Confirm on your phone”;
3. Tap the [√] icon to bind your device after the device vibrates normally and prompts;
4. The Mi Fitness app will show that the addition was successful and display the dial after successful binding.
