The Xiaomi TV cannot connect to Wi-Fi

To troubleshoot the connection issue of the Xiaomi TV, please refer to the following steps:
1. Navigate to the home screen of your TV, and enter the [Settings] app to check the network;
2. Check the network name of the Wi-Fi connection interface;
(1). Check whether the network cable is connected. It is normal for the [Wireless Network] option to be gray after connecting the network cable;
(2). If the options are all gray, it is a software problem. You can invite after-sales service to grab the U disk log for analysis;
(3). You can proceed to the next step of testing if the above information is normal.
3. Open a mobile hotspot and check if the Xiaomi TV successfully connects to the mobile hotspot.
(1). If successful, it is judged to be router-related, you can consult the router manufacturers related to using condition. For the uncommon router models, you can send feedback to the after-sales service center;
(2). If unsuccessful, it is judged to be related to the Xiaomi TV software, you can request the customer service to the door to capture the USB flash drive logs for analysis.
