Dynamic photos taken with a phone camera are converted to non-dynamic photos when sent to another phone
When sending photos from the album, privacy protection is enabled by default, which will remove the photo information, including the tags that identify a dynamic photo. As a result, the receiving end cannot recognize the photo as dynamic, and it becomes a non-dynamic photo.
To resolve this issue, please refer to the following steps to disable the privacy protection:
1. Go to the [Gallery] on your device;
2. Tap the three-dot icon in the upper right corner:
3. Select the [Settings] option;
4. Tap [Secure sharing] to disable [Share without location info by default] and [Share without metadata by default].
Note:
Both [Share without location info by default] and [Share without metadata by default] must be turned off.
