The Xiaomi Smart Watch/Xiaomi Smart Band has a black screen and can't be turned on

It will lose power if the device is not charged for a long time. At this time, charging and starting up need 3-5 minutes. A black screen and an inability to boot can be determined by the heart rate light on the back of the device.
If the heart rate light on the back of the device can be lighted, please refer to the following troubleshooting:
1. Connect the standard charging cable to charge for more than 5 minutes and observe whether the screen lights up (If it's your first time using the Smart Band, you need to connect it to the charging cable to activate it);
2. After charging for 5 minutes, touch the screen to see if the screen lights up (press and hold the power button of the device for more than 12 seconds to force a restart and see whether the screen lights up).
