To charge the device, you need to use a 3C certified adapter or a 5V/1A standard charging head for charging. Mobile power sources such as power banks cannot be used. It can cause the device can't be charged or fully charged.
If your watch/band can't be fully charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. When the wearable device is charged to 99%, please continue charging for 10 minutes and observe whether the device can be charged to 100%. If it is not, you can tap [Device] on the Mi Fitness app and select [Update]. After updating the device to the latest version, continue charging for 10 minutes and observe;
2. Please restart the wearable device, charge it again and check;
3. Check whether the charging contacts and the charging contacts of the charging base are dirty, please wipe them clean and then charge again.
If the above troubleshooting is not effective, please apply for after-sales inspection.
If your watch/band can't be charged, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If the device can be turned on, please tap [Device] on the Mi Fitness app and select [Update] to update the device firmware to the latest version;
2. If the device doesn’t turn on, please use the standard charging cable/ charging stand and the charging head specified in the instruction manual (you can apply for an electronic version of the instruction manual with customer service) to charge for 10 minutes and confirm whether it can be turned on;
3. Replace the charging head and try again (the original charging head is faulty);
4. Check whether there are stains on the metal contacts of the device and the charging cable. You can try to wipe them with paper towels (if there is rust, use a cotton swab or cotton cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe them).
If the above troubleshooting is not effective, please apply for after-sales inspection together with the device and charging cable.
