The speed of the E-20 motor is abnormal, which is usually caused by the ingredients getting stuck or entangled on the cutter head. Please confirm whether the amount of ingredients is too much, whether the ingredients are hard, or whether the size is large. For example, if you use the minced meat mode, it is recommended that the amount of minced meat at one time should not exceed 400g, and it is recommended that you pre-cut the meat before using the product. Small pieces with each side not exceeding 2cm;
When this happens, the solution is as follows:
1. If you put in too much ingredients or the ingredients are hard or large, please proceed as follows:
①. It is recommended that you first operate the product to suspend cooking;
②. Take off the main pot, take the ingredients out of the main pot with a scraper, check whether there are any ingredients stuck or wrapped around the cutter head, if so, please carefully clean up the ingredients that hinder the cutter head, and remove the cutter head for cleaning if necessary .
③. Common situations where the knife head is easy to get stuck or entangled, including large bones stuck to the knife head during cooking, meat not pre-cut into small pieces when mincing meat, and too much flour when kneading dough, etc.
④ After cleaning, put the ingredients back into the main pot, install the main pot back to the main unit correctly, and start the product cooking again;
