Solution:
If one ear is not charging/not turning on, it may lead to the phenomenon that one ear cannot be connected and there is no sound in one ear.
If you encounter this problem, refer to the following steps to solve it.
1. Reset:
①Open the earphone box and put the two earphones into the box, keep the box open;
②Press and hold the function button at the bottom of the charging box for 10 seconds until the indicator light turns orange and then let go; (the orange light will flash after the long press for 10 seconds, which means the reset command is triggered)
③Wait for the indicator light to change from orange to white, then turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone to pair with the headset;
