Heart rate data is not accurate on the Xiaomi Watch Color.

If heart rate data is not accurate on the Xiaomi Watch Color, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please wear the watch slightly above your wrist bone with the strap fastened tightly but not too tight. Wearing the watch too tightly, raising your arms, making fists, etc. will affect blood circulation, thereby affecting heart rate data;
2. Clean your watch gently to ensure there are not too many sweat stains on it. Too many sweat stains on the bracelet will also affect heart rate data;
3. Check your skin condition. Too dry skin, skin scars, tattoos, etc. will affect heart rate data. Additionally, brown skin and black skin cannot be measured. Darker skin has greater absorption of green light and cannot be detected;
4. Sync the watch with the Mi Fitness app by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Device] >> look for and tap [Sync]. After syncing, restart both the watch and your mobile device to refresh the connection;
5. Ensure that the heart rate monitoring feature is not turned off by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Device] >> [Heart rate] >> [Continuously monitoring] >> check it here;
6. Please check that you have selected the correct region by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> [Settings] >> [Region] >> select the correct region here. In the meanwhile, make sure that the region on your smartphone, your watch and the app is the same one;
7. Please ensure the Mi Fitness app is updated to the latest version by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> look for and check [Version];
8. Please check if the device’s firmware is updated to the latest version by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Device] >> [Update] >> check it here;
9. Please reinstall the app and see if the issue still persists;
10. Please restore the watch to the factory setting by entering the main interface of the watch and sliding up from the bottom with one finger >> [Settings] >> [System] >> [Reset] >> [].
