The Redmi Smart Band Pro doesn’t light up.

If your Redmi Smart Band Pro doesn’t light up, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. If the band is not paired, it will automatically shut down after 30 minutes to avoid over-discharging. Please charge it to power it on and add it to your Mi Fitness app;
2. Inspect the device for any physical damage such as cracks or water damage;
3. If your band runs out of battery, it will turn off. Connect it to a charger and let it charge for at least 30 minutes to ensure it has power and see if the screen lights up;
4. Verify that the charging cable and adapter are in good condition. Make sure the cable is securely connected to both the band and the power source. If possible, try to use a different charging cable to eliminate any cable-related issues;
5. Check whether the metal contacts or charging surface of the cable or the smart band are clean. Please try to wipe it with a tissue. If there is rust, use a cotton swab or cotton cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe it. Make sure there is no poor contact between the band and the charging cable.
