If the Redmi Smart Band Pro doesn't record sports data, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that your band is properly connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Sometimes, poor or unstable connections can affect the functionality of the device;
2. All your sports need to meet the minimum exercise record standards to be saved. For outdoor running, outdoor walking, outdoor cycling, mountain climbing, and cross-country, the distance over 100 meters is considered as valid data to be saved to the sports record. Indoor running, indoor cycling, free training will save data to the sports record after the length of 3 minutes;
3. Please check if the device’s firmware is updated to the latest version by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Device] >> [Update] >> check it here;
4. Please ensure the Mi Fitness app is updated to the latest version by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> look for and check [Version];
5. Please check that you have selected the correct region by opening the Mi Fitness app and going to [Profile] >> [Settings] >> [Region]. In the meanwhile, make sure that the region on your smartphone is the same one as your band’s;
6. Please try to temporarily unbind the bracelet from the app. After rebinding, turn it on to see if the issue exists;
7. Please reinstall the Mi Fitness app and see if the issue persists;
8. Please restore the band to the factory setting by entering the main interface of the band and sliding up from the bottom with one finger to find and select [Settings] >> [System] >> [Factory Reset] >> [√].
