When establishing a connection between your Xiaomi Smart Dehumidifier and the Mi Home App, please select a Wi-Fi network and input the password to establish the connection.
If the Xiaomi Smart Dehumidifier can't be connected to the Mi Home App, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure that your Wi-Fi network meets the requirements of the dehumidifier. It should be a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the dehumidifier doesn't support 5GHz networks;
2. Ensure that the dehumidifier is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that the signal strength is strong enough for a stable connection. You may need to move the dehumidifier closer to the router temporarily during setup;
3. Double-check the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone. Make sure you're connecting to the correct Wi-Fi network and entering the correct password;
4. Ensure that there is no special character in the Wi-Fi password;
5. Connect your smartphone to the network and see if the network is in good condition;
6. If the dehumidifier is still not connecting, you can try resetting it to its factory settings. Simultaneously press and hold the [Power] button and [Mode] button for seven seconds to reset it.
