If the Mi Smart Standing Fan 2 can’t be connected to the Wi-Fi network, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Confirm whether the fan is connected to the power source, turned on and operates normally;
2. Try restarting the router and the fan and then attempt to connect again. Make sure your fan is within 1 meter of your Wi-Fi router. Being too far away can cause connectivity issues;

4. Disconnect the fan with the power source for 10 seconds. Then reset the fan and try to reconnect the fan with the Wi-Fi network;
5. Make sure the fan is not connected to devices such as repeaters or power modems;
6. Please clear the Mi Home app’s cache to see if the issue persists;
7. Please check that the correct region is selected by going to the Mi Home app >> [Profile] >> [Additional settings] >> [Region] >> select the correct region;
8. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Mi Home app, you can check for updates by going to the Mi Home app >> [Profile] >> [Additional settings] >> [Check for updates];
