The Mi Smart Electric Toothbrush T500 can't connect to the Mi Home app

1. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone. Try to restart the Bluetooth and attempt to connect again;

9. Please reinstall the app and see if the issue persists;
10. If the issue persists, you can consider a factory reset. Press and hold the button for 12 seconds and the toothbrush is restoring factory settings. This will reset the toothbrush to its original factory settings.
