The Mi Wireless Switch won't turn on?

If the Mi Wireless Switch won’t turn on, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Please ensure that the wireless switch is properly connected to the Mi Home app;
2. Please try resetting the wireless switch by pressing the reset button using included pin for a few seconds. This can sometimes resolve temporary issues or glitches preventing the switch from turning on;
3. Please check the wireless switch for any signs of physical damage, such as cracks, breaks, or water damage. If the switch appears damaged, please contact Xiaomi's customer support for assistance;
4. If the switch is connected to a hub or gateway, please ensure that it is properly connected to the network and functioning correctly. Connectivity issues with the hub also can prevent the switch from turning on;
5. Please check if there are any firmware updates available for the Mi Wireless Switch by going to [Mi Home] app >> [Profile] >> [Additional settings] >> scroll down and select [Check for updates] and install them if necessary. Firmware updates can sometimes fix issues related to power or functionality.
