The working temperature of Mi Robot Vacuum is 0℃-40℃. In order to ensure the stability of the battery of Mi Robot Vacuum, in low ambient temperature, Mi Robot Vacuum will shut down automatically to protect the battery.

1. Since it is winter and the external environment is low, Mi Robot Vacuum may be in a low temperature environment during storage and transportation.

2. Confirm whether the user is in a low ambient temperature when using Mi Robot Vacuum.

3. In case of user feedback on this problem, please guide the user to put Mi Robot Vacuum at normal working temperature for two hours before using it to return to normal status.
