Why doesn't the Mi band LED light bright but show fully charged?
Solution:
When the band is normally charged, the green indicator light will be on. If the indicator light is not on, please check whether the following situation occurs:
1. Ensure that the charger or computer connected with USB interface is in normal power supply.
2. Check whether there is dirty in the main body of the band and the charging contact of the charging stand. If so, please clean it with a small amount of water dipped in a soft cloth.
3. Try to unplug and insert the main body of the band several times, and pay attention to push the main body of the band into the bottom of the charging base.
4. If the indicator light is still not on, it is suggested to apply for after-sales service to check whether there is hardware failure.
Notes:
The full charge status of the Mi band shows that three green lights are always on (the optimized version is full of three white lights).
