Reason:
The phone's rear camera lens module is more complex, with built-in multi-lens module and a motor for focusing the lens.
In order to ensure that the lens moves slightly when focusing, a small gap is reserved in the module of the camera. When shaking the phone vertically, the motor of the camera will make a sound due to inertia.
If the camera itself supports OIS optical stabilization, for better stabilization, more space is reserved in the module, and the motor of the camera makes more noise when it is shaking vertically than when it is not supported by OIS.
This is a normal phenomenon, daily use will not take the initiative to make a sound, please rest assured use.
Solutions:
1. It is necessary to confirm whether the camera function of the rear camera of the mobile phone is normal. If the camera function is normal, please refer to the above.
2. If the function of the rear camera can not be used normally, it shall give priority to do troubleshooting or after-sales inspection.
