When viewing the real-time monitoring images of the camera, sometimes an error code will be given or it will be stuck at 91% and cannot be viewed. In this case, it is recommended to check in accordance with the following methods:
1. This problem may because of that the current network environment is poor, it is suggested to change the network environment to view;
2. Check whether the APP version and mobile phone system version need to be updated;
3. Exit Mi Home APP and re-enter;
4. Restart and reset the device;
5. Uninstall Mi Home APP and reinstall it;
6. Try to replace your phone.
