How to do if plug-in update failure?

Solution:
1. Upgrade system version, desktop version and player version.
2. If the above steps are invalid, clear the desktop data.
Please follow these steps: My app -- TV butler -- Garbage cleaning -- Deep cleaning -- Application data cleaning, and then find the relevant data of "online video" and "video player", and then go back to check whether the video interface can successfully download the plug-in and play it.
3. If the above steps are all for solution, connect the mobile phone hotspot to verify whether it is a network reason.
If it is inconvenient to verify through hot spot, it is suggested to replace other network tests.(please confirm that the connected network hotspot is valid, and whether the network functions such as MI App store can be normally used after connecting the hotspot. For example, the app store and network radio cannot be used, indicating that the hotspot is invalid)
If the plug-in can be installed normally through the phone hotspot, then switching back to the wifi connection should also be available for normal viewing.
