How to do if Ninebot unable to power on?

If the Ninebot can not be started, first check whether the firmware is updated to the latest version, and then check as follows:
1. Confirm whether to start the operation when charging. If Ninebot can not start up, need to wait for sufficient power, unplug the adapter, then try to turn on.
2. Confirm whether the Ninebot is placed for a long time, the battery self-discharge for a long time may cause excessive battery discharge, resulting in the phenomenon of unable to boot. Charge for about half an hour. If the battery turns red, it will be activated successfully.If the light brights green all the time, the battery has been unable to activate, please guide to after-sales testing.
