Solution:
1. If the projector has been turned on with ROOT permission, ROOT will cause the update failure.
2. If the device is stuck at 0% all the time and the update package cannot be downloaded, it is advised to change the network DNS, change the network and try to update again.
3. If it is stuck in the upgrade system between 60% and 80%.
It is suggested to refer to the following steps:
① Restart the device and try to update again;
② After entering the Recovery mode to empty the data, update after turning on.
4. If none of the above methods can solve the issue, it is suggested to apply for after-sales service.
