Solution:
1. Check whether the available storage space of the TV or external SD card or USB flash disk is sufficient. According to the size of the installed software, double the storage space should be used for decompression and installation.(if the installed software size is 20MB, the remaining storage space should be more than 40MB)
2. The download progress bar is stuck, please do the following:
① Check whether the router has set the speed limit, turn the speed limit off, or open the MI TV/box access network permission to the maximum.
② Try to modify the network DNS.
③ If the above invalid attempt to replace the network (such as mobile phone hot spots) or replace other procedures to download.
3. When the software package is downloaded and the installation fails, the following operations shall be conducted for troubleshooting:
Try to install the app again.
