Why can't call records and text messages be synced or all synced between Mi cloud service and the phone, while other data sync correctly?

Explanation:
Different from other synchronization items, call records and SMS need to be activated by SIM card. If the SIM card fails to be activated, SMS and call records will not be synchronized, but other synchronization items (contacts, photos, notes, etc.) can be normally synchronized.
If the SIM card is activated successfully, for call records, the phone terminal will only synchronize the cloud call records corresponding to the SIM card installed on the current phone, and the call records of non-installed SIM cards will not be synchronized.
For short messages, you can select which SIM cards need to be synchronized to the mobile phone through "SMS Synchronization Management" in SMS Settings. If you want to synchronize all SIM cards, you need to turn on all SIM cards.
