1. Introduction
1.1 The Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G Xiaomi Fan Festival Special Edition ("the Product") benefit claim ("Activity") website, www.mi.com/ph/event/2024/xiaomi-fan-festival-special-edition (“Site”), is organised by Xiaomi H.K. Limited ("Xiaomi"). The terms and conditions stated herein ("Terms and Conditions") of this Activity on which Xiaomi offers you ("Customer") access to and use of this Site for the purposes of this Activity.
1.2 Customer agrees to comply with all the Terms and Conditions when accessing or using this Site.
1.3 The special edition products quantity in this Activity is limited to first come first serve basis and subject to stock availability.
1.4 The sale transaction in this Activity is only between dealers, the selected outlet and the Customer. Xiaomi only provides the recommended retail price and guidance on its website.
During the Activity Period, the first 100 Participants who go to any of the Authorised Xiaomi Store in Manila, Philippines and purchase a Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G Xiaomi Fan Festival Special Edition will receive a Xiaomi Fan Festival event ticket as a free gift.
Please be noted that the gift is given based on a first come first serve basis while stock lasts. Please consult the shop staff for the specific number of gifts for each Authorised Xiaomi Store.
This Activity will run from 2 April 2024 to 14 April 2024 ("Activity Period").
Xiaomi reserves the right to modify, amend, shorten, extend or cancel the Activity Period at any time without prior notice and while stocks last.
To participate in the Activity, the participant must be of (i) an individual residing in Philippines ("Territory"); and (ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 6 April 2024.
Customer acknowledges, understands and agrees that all transactions are between Customer and Xiaomi selected outlet only. Xiaomi only acts as the coordinating party and is not involved in any sale and purchase of this Activity.
6.1 Xiaomi uses its reasonable effort to keep this Site safe, secure, and functioning properly, but Xiaomi does not guarantee the continuous operation of or access to this Site.
6.2 Customer agrees that he/she is making use of this Site at his/her own risk, and that it is being provided to Customer on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
6.3 To the extent permitted by applicable law, Xiaomi excludes all express or implied warranties, terms and conditions including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6.4 Customer shall assume full responsibility in case of any accident, damage or claim resulting from participating in this Activity.
6.5 Warranty of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G Xiaomi Fan Festival Special Edition is subject to standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions of the warranty as stated in Xiaomi’s official website on https://www.mi.com/ph/service/warranty. Customer is advised to check the abovementioned website from time to time and stay informed of any changes on the terms and conditions of the warranty.
7.1 Xiaomi reserves the right to make amendments to the Terms and Conditions of the Activity herein without prior notice.
7.2 Access to any third-party websites is solely at the Customer’s risk and Xiaomi assumes no liability and is not responsible for any content, the accuracy or reliability of any products, services, information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these linked websites. Nor is Xiaomi liable for any security or security practices of these third-party websites. Use of these third-party websites is entirely at the Customer’s own risk. The inclusion of any links does not imply any endorsement in any form on the part of Xiaomi.
7.3 By participating in this Activity, Customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the Terms and Conditions stated herein. Customer agrees to be bound by and abide by the Terms and Conditions stated herein including any amendments, modifications and /or interpretation thereof.
7.4 Xiaomi reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions stated herein without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion.
7.5 If any of the Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the invalidity and unenforceability of such terms and conditions shall not affect the other provisions and all provisions not affected by such invalidity and unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.
7.6 In the event of inconsistencies between the terms and conditions found elsewhere with regard to this Activity (if any) and the Terms and Conditions herein, the latter shall prevail.
7.7 These Terms and Conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and the jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
