1. Introduction
[Xiaomi Iconic Park] (“Campaign”) is organized by [Xiaomi] (“Organiser”). This Campaign will commence from [Jan 27, 2024] to [Jan 28, 2024] (“Campaign Period”). Organiser reserves the rights to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at any time without notice to Participant.
2. Eligibility
(a) This Campaign is open to all individuals who are residents in the Philippines and aged 18 years old and above as of [Jan 27, 2024] (“Participant(s)”).
(b) Employees of Organiser, their immediate families, Xiaomi’s dealers, partners, advertising, creative and public relations agencies, program organizer, their employees and immediate families is not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
3. Campaign Mechanism
Purchase/pre-order with Free Gift
Upon purchase or pre-order of selected [Xiaomi or Redmi smartphone] below from Xiaomi authorized store within the Campaign Period, Participant is entitled to receive the free gift as set out below:

(i) All the free gift are offered on first come first serve basis, while stocks last.
(ii) All the free gift must be redeemed by [Jan 28]. Any voucher/free gift not redeemed by [Jan 28] will automatically be forfeited and cease to have any effect.
(iii) Organiser reserves all rights in its sole discretion, without prior notification, to substitute any gifts (or their component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value.
(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or item, and are non-transferable.
(v) All free gifts available for this Campaign is not covered by warranty of Xiaomi.
(vi) Organiser and/or Xiaomi assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the free gift or the nature/consumption of the free gift and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
(a) Social Media Contest – Xiaomi Iconic Hunter Photowalk (Most Likes)
(i) Participant may participate this contest via Facebook. Participant will have to upload [visual] on Facebook together with the mandatory hashtags, “#RedmiNote13”, “#EveryShotIconic” in their submissions for the contest during the Campaign Period.
(ii) [1] winner will be selected during [Jan 27, 2024 – Jan 28, 2024]
(iii) All submission entries shall be made latest by [Jan 27, 2024]. Organiser assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons.
(iv) Participants must ensure that his/her Facebook account is set to the “public”, so entries can be seen by the Organiser.

(vi) Prizes and winner selection: -
a. The amount of winners shortlisted and breakdown of the prizes are as follows: -

c. Winners will be selected by Organiser based on the eligibility of the Participants’ submitted entries. Results of this contest are subjected to Organiser’s sole discretion. Organiser’s decision will be final. No correspondence or further claims shall be entertained.
d. Organiser reserves the right to change the winner selection method at its sole discretion.
e. Winner’s announcement will be made on [Xiaomi official facebook account] according to the scheduled announcement date detailed above, subject to change by Organiser without prior notice.
f. Winner will receive notification by [email], the appointed fulfillment party, from [Xiaomi] to inform on the winning qualification.
4. General
(a) By participating in this Campaign, Participants agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and Organiser’s decisions are final and binding. Organiser’s decisions are final and there shall be no appeal entertained and/or allowed. Participants shall not resort to court proceedings to review Organiser’s decision.
(b) By providing the personal data, Participant indicates that he/she have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy stated at https://www.mi.com/ph/about/privacy. The Participant agrees that Organiser and/or Xiaomi and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign.
(c) Participant agrees and provides consent to the Organiser and/or Xiaomi to the use of any Personal Data as provided by the Participant for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by Organiser and/or Xiaomi for lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management and organizing of this Campaign.
(d) Recipient of any prize or gift under this Campaign may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the issuance of the prizes or gift as collection proof upon collecting the prize or gift.
(e) In accepting the prizes or gifts, the winners of the prizes or gifts agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to this Campaign. The winners of the prizes or gifts agree to grant Organiser and/or Xiaomi a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the said winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
(f) In the event any prizes or gift are being awarded to the Participant having provided false or mistaken identity or information, Organiser shall have the right to revoke the Participant’s eligibility for the said prizes or gift.
(g) All prize and gift images are for reference only. Prizes and gifts shown and/or represented for the running of this Campaign shall be subjected to availability. Prizes and gifts given are non-refundable.
(h) Recipients of prize and gift shall not substitute any prize or gift won or exchange the said prize or gift for money. Organiser reserves all rights in its sole discretion to substitute any prizes or gifts (or their component, if applicable) with one of equal or greater value. Organiser is responsible only for the delivery of the prizes or gifts and is not responsible for the condition, quality and fitness of the said prizes or gifts. Any imposition of taxes, fees, and any other costs associated with the acceptance and use of the prizes or gifts are the sole responsibility of the recipients.
(i) Participants shall accept the prizes, gifts or vouchers under this Campaign as they are. Organiser makes no representation, warranty or undertaking as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the prizes, gifts or vouchers under this Campaign. Organiser assumes no liability or responsibility in respect to defect or deficiency of the prizes, gifts or vouchers or the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or vouchers and will not entertain any direct correspondence with anyone in this regard.
(j) Organiser assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons.
(k) Organiser shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Participant in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or vouchers.
(l) The Participant agrees to discharge and release Organiser and/or Xiaomi from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Participant’s entry in this Campaign or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or vouchers.
(m) The Participant further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or to the Participant’s entry in this Campaign or to the nature/consumption of the prizes, gifts or vouchers.
(n) By entering into this Campaign, the Participant agrees to indemnify and hold Organiser and/or Xiaomi, their group of companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by Organiser and/or Xiaomi due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.
(o) If Participants are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign, Organiser reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under full extent of applicable laws.
(p) In the event where any product purchased is allowed to be returned by the Participant to Organiser and/or Xiaomi according to Xiaomi’s standard return policy, free gifts and/or prizes given together with product purchased must also be returned to Organiser and/or Xiaomi together.
(q) Organiser reserves the rights to modify and/or cancel any of the stated terms and conditions at any time without notice. Participants are encouraged to check from time to time to view any amendments and/or changes made to the stated terms and conditions.
(r) The terms and conditions of this Campaign shall be governed by the laws of the Philippines and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
