How to delete exercise data from the Xiaomi Watch S3?

The watch does not support manual deletion of exercise data directly on the device; instead, data can only be deleted through the Mi Fitness App.
  1. Open the Mi Fitness App and select [Workout].
  2. Tap [History] and choose the exercise record you want to delete.
  3. Tap the three-dot icon in the upper right corner of the screen, then select [Delete].
