After the Xiaomi Watch S3 heart rate is set to a value, how can I be reminded when it is higher or lower than the set value?
In the quiet state, the timer starts monitoring for ten minutes (once it leaves the quiet state in the middle, it will stop abnormal monitoring) and detects for 10 minutes.
After an hour, when the average heart rate is detected to be higher or lower than the set value, the watch will display a reminder interface indicating that the heart rate is too high or too low.
Note:
During exercise and within 20 minutes after the end of the exercise, the high heart rate (inactive), low heart rate reminder, and abnormal heart rate reminder check will not be carried out.
