1. Possible reasons for connection failure:
(1). Abnormal mobile network connection: Please check the connection status of the mobile network;
(2). Abnormal Bluetooth connection between device and mobile phone: Try turning off the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone system and then turning it back on. Tap [Retry] to continue the pairing process.
2. Connection successful but pairing failure:
Possible reason: When pairing the phone with the device, the [pairing] button was not tapped on time or the [cancel] button was tapped.
Note:
If you still cannot connect, please try the following steps:
(1). Reset the device and restore the watch to its factory settings;
(2). Clear device Bluetooth information in the Bluetooth list of the mobile system;
(3). Turn off the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone system and then turn it back on;
(4). Open the Mi Fitness App and add your device again.
If the device is left idle for some time and the Bluetooth of the phone is turned on or off, it may not be able to reconnect successfully and needs to be restarted for recovery. Please tap on the check for updates below the device page of the Mi Fitness App, and update the watch to the latest firmware version to restore normal use.
