1. First of all, make sure the watch is fully charged;
2. Check the connection status of the Mi Fitness App, if it is disconnected, tap the Connect button to restore the connection;
3. End the process of the Mi Fitness App, restart the Bluetooth of the phone, restart the phone or watch, and try to refresh the connection status in App;
4. Please try to restore the watch to factory status, and then tap [Connect] on the App home screen, when the same pairing code appears in the interface of the watch and App, tap [Pairing];
5. If you still can't solve it, please clear the Bluetooth pairing with the watch in the Bluetooth settings of your cell phone and restore the watch to the factory settings, then redo the binding process.
