If you're unable to use the 4G or 5G network on your Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Ensure that you are in an area with 4G/5G network coverage. Sometimes, you may not get a 4G/5G signal in certain locations;
2. Ensure that you have sufficient credit for the mobile data. You can contact your carrier customer support and see if your SIM card is out of credit;
3. Ensure that your phone's operating system is up-to-date. Software updates often include bug fixes, security patches, and improvements that can address software-level issues;
4. If possible, please insert your SIM card into another phone and see if the 4G/5G network is available. If there is no internet, it indicates that your original SIM card may be faulty. In this case, please contact your mobile carrier's customer support;
5. Make sure that mobile data is enabled in your phone's settings by going to [Settings] >> [SIM cards & mobile networks] >> [Mobile data];
6. Select 4G, LTE, or 5G as the preferred mobile network by going to [Settings] >> [SIM cards & mobile networks] >> [Preferred network type];
7. Restart your phone to refresh the system and network settings;
8. Reset network settings by going to [Settings] >> [Connection & sharing] >> [Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth]. Resetting network settings will clear all network-related configurations, including Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings, make sure to back up your important data before doing this;
9. If the problem persists, you can perform a factory reset. Before doing this, make sure to back up your important data as a factory reset will erase all data on your smartphone.
