If your POCO M6 shows no signal, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Please confirm whether you are in an area with stable network coverage. Weak or blocked signals (such as in elevators, underground parking, or remote areas) can cause temporary signal loss. You can try moving to an open area and check again.
2. Restart your phone and check whether the signal returns after the device powers back on.
3. Please power off the phone, remove the SIM card, and reinsert it securely. Make sure the SIM card is clean and properly placed. If possible, try using another SIM card to confirm whether the issue is related to the SIM.
4. Turn on Airplane mode for about 10–15 seconds, then turn it off. This helps reset the network connection and can restore the signal.
5. If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there can be a hardware-related problem. It is recommended to visit an authorized service center for further inspection.
