What to do if the workout positioning is slow and signal is weak on the Xiaomi Watch 5?

If the workout positioning is slow and signal is weak on the Xiaomi Watch 5, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. The Xiaomi Watch 5 starts tracking your activity after automatically detecting movement. At this point, the GPS is just beginning to acquire a signal, and since you are in motion and your location is constantly changing, the positioning process is slower.
2. It is recommended that you manually update the satellite data while your phone and watch are connected to obtain the latest GPS data and speed up positioning. Press down the rotating crown of the Xiaomi Watch 5 to access the App list, then open the Workout App >> Scroll down to the bottom to access [Settings] >> select [Update satellite data] >> [Update].
3. Please keep the Xiaomi Watch 5 connected to your phone daily. The satellite data will be automatically updated at 0:00, 8:00-11:00, and 14:00-17:00 every day.
4. Please make sure you are outdoors. Positioning can be slower in complex environments (e.g., surrounded by tall buildings or near large water areas). It is recommended to move to an open area and restart the positioning process.
5. If it has been a long time since your last outdoor activity, the satellite ephemeris data on the watch can have expired. Open the Mi Fitness App, reconnect the watch, and refresh the synchronization to improve GPS positioning speed.
6. GPS positioning is not possible in locations such as indoors, basements, tunnels, indoor swimming pools, or sports arenas.
