2. If the prompt “Update failed, some features will not be available” appears, this indicates that the watch can still be used. Please wait for a new version to be released, as updating to the new version will restore the unavailable features.
3. If the prompt “Update failed, verification failed, please re-download the full update package” or “Update failed, timestamp check failed, please re-download the full update package” appears, this indicates that it is necessary to download the full current update package or wait for a new update package to be released before updating again. The full update package will consume a large amount of data, so it is recommended to download over a WLAN connection.
4. If the prompt “Update failed, installation of the update package failed, please restart and try again” appears, you need to restart the watch as prompted, then go to [Settings] >> [System] >> [System updates] and download the update package again.
5. If the watch cannot power on after an update, and no prompt appears, please contact the after-sales service for assistance.
6. If the download fails at startup and the prompt "Unable to download the full package" appears, you need to restart the watch as prompted, then go to [Settings] >> [System] >> [System updates] and download the update package again.
7. If the restart fails and the device prompts that a restart is needed to update, but tapping the restart button shows insufficient battery, you need to place the watch on the charging dock, and when the battery exceeds 30%, restart the device to perform the update.
