Why does the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro overheat when it's attached to the screen?
If the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro overheats when it's attached to the screen, please refer to the following aspects:
1. When the stylus is magnetically attached to the tablet with the battery level below about 80%, it automatically starts charging. During this charging process, both the stylus and the contact area on the tablet may become warm. This is a normal phenomenon. Once the stylus is fully charged, the heat will gradually dissipate.
2. If the tablet is running high-performance tasks such as gaming or video playback while the stylus is charging, additional heat can be generated, so it is recommended to reduce background activity or lock the screen during charging.
3. If the ambient temperature is high or the device is used in direct sunlight, heat will accumulate more easily, so please use and charge the tablet and stylus in a cool, well-ventilated environment.
4. If a thick protective case is installed, it can affect heat dissipation near the magnetic charging area, so removing the case temporarily is recommended for testing.
5. If the stylus becomes excessively hot, please stop using it immediately and contact Xiaomi after-sales service for inspection and support.
