After the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro establishes a communication connection with the pad, the pad will display the stylus's battery level.
If the pad does not display the stylus's battery level after placing the Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro in the magnetic attachment area, please check the following:
1. If the stylus is not positioned correctly on the pad, adjust it until it attaches securely to the magnetic charging area. Once the stylus body is properly aligned with the pad frame, the pad will show the wireless charging prompt and display the stylus’s current battery level.
2. The Xiaomi Focus Pen Pro uses a built-in battery, similar to devices with internal batteries like smartphones. If the battery is completely drained, the stylus cannot power on or establish communication with the pad. In this case, place the stylus on the pad’s magnetic charging area for 2–3 minutes to allow it to charge. After a short charge, the stylus can connect to the pad, and its battery level will then be displayed.
3. If the stylus battery level still does not display after performing the above steps, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
