Why is there no sound when the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set is connected to a device via the AUX IN port?

If there is no sound when the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set is connected to a device via the AUX IN port, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. If the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set is connected to a device via the AUX IN port and is not switched to the AUX IN channel, there will be no sound after connecting the device. Please press the action button twice to switch channels. Once you hear the "AUX IN channel" prompt tone, it will then play.
2. If the audio output device of your computer or mobile phone is not set to the corresponding interface, there will be no sound. Please check the audio output settings of your device. On Windows, set the audio output to "Headphones (Realtek(R) Audio)". On macOS, select "External Headphones". The display name will vary depending on the device.
3. An incompatible AUX cable or interface standard will cause audio transmission problems. Please check if the AUX cable and audio source device interface are compatible. The Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set's AUX IN interface uses a 3.5 mm TRS (three-pole) standard.
