Why is there no sound when the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set is connected to a device via Bluetooth?

If there is no sound when the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set is connected to a device via Bluetooth, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Failure to switch to the Bluetooth channel will result in no sound after device connection. Please press twice the action button to switch the Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set to the Bluetooth channel. The speaker will automatically reconnect to paired devices within Bluetooth range that are not yet disconnected. The reconnection process takes about 5 seconds. Please wait for the connection to succeed before trying to play.
2. Please check if the speaker is already connected to another device. If the top LED is constantly lit but not connected to the device you want to play from, please press and hold the action button for 2 seconds to reset Bluetooth, then re-pair and try playing again.
3. This speaker's Bluetooth has certain performance limitations; excessively long Bluetooth connection distances can cause audio transmission problems, resulting in stuttering or disconnections. Please keep the connected device within 10 meters and minimize obstacles in between.
4. If there is still no sound after performing the above three steps, please check your computer or mobile phone and set the audio output to "Xiaomi Desktop Speaker Pro Set". Then try playing again.
