1. Please ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. You can check the Bluetooth switch status in your phone's settings.
2. Please ensure the Xiaomi Tag is near your phone. If it's too far away, please bring the device closer to your phone and try connecting again.
3. You can try closing the Find My/Google's Find Hub App running in the background and then trying again. Also, turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on again, or restart your phone before proceeding.
4. Please check the Xiaomi Tag's battery level. If the battery is low, it's recommended to replace it with a fully charged battery before trying the upgrade.
