Why does the REDMI Buds 8 Pro fail to turn on?

If the REDMI Buds 8 Pro fails to turn on, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the charging case has power. If the charging case is low on power, charge it until it reaches a certain level before it starts charging the earbuds. After the earbuds are charged, try turning them on. If the earbuds have been inactive for a long time and are low on power, the indicator will illuminate after charging for a while.
2. Check the earbud charging contacts/charging pins inside the charging case for dirt, dents, or damage. Clean any dirt and ensure good contact between the charging contacts and pins.
3. Try resetting the earbuds. After placing the earbuds back into the charging case, open the charging case and press and hold the function button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator light on the charging case flashes rapidly. This will reset the earbuds to factory settings and allow them to re-enter pairing mode. After resetting to factory settings, please repeat the above steps to pair again.
4. If all of the above methods are ineffective, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection and repair.
