Why can the phone detect the REDMI Buds 8 Pro, but fail to connect?

If the phone detects the REDMI Buds 8 Pro, but fails to connect, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. If the phone's Bluetooth is abnormal, it can prevent the phone from connecting to the earphones. Please try clearing the previous connection history on the device, resetting the earphones, and then re-pairing them.
2. If the earphones are already paired with another device, your phone can detect them but fail to connect. You can try to reset the earphones by placing the earphones into the charging case with the lid open and pressing and holding the function button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator on the charging case starts flashing rapidly, and then try reconnecting.
3. Please check if the earphones are in pairing state. If they are not in pairing state, the earphones will not be able to connect to your phone. Please press and hold the button on the charging case for 2 seconds to put the earphones into pairing state, and the lid of the charging case should be open.
4. If the earphones' battery is too low, they will not be able to complete the pairing process. Please charge the earphones before trying to connect again.
5. If you are in areas with strong electromagnetic interference, such as near microwave ovens, monitoring equipment, or areas with many wireless routers, the REDMI Buds 8 Pro can not connect to the phone. It is recommended to move away from the interference source before attempting to connect again.
