Why does the REDMI Buds 8 Pro disconnect from the phone automatically?

If the REDMI Buds 8 Pro disconnects from the phone automatically, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Please ensure both the earphones and charging case have sufficient battery power. Low battery levels could cause unstable connections or automatic disconnections. It is recommended to charge the earphones and the charging case before testing.
2. If the phone is too far from the earphones, exceeding the effective transmission distance (10 m), or if there is an obstacle between the earphones and the phone. You can place the earphones and phone together, put the earphones in the charging case, and press and hold the button on the charging case for 2 seconds to reconnect.
3. If you are in areas with strong electromagnetic interference, such as near microwave ovens, monitoring equipment, or areas with many wireless routers, the REDMI Buds 8 Pro can disconnect from the phone automatically. It is recommended to move away from the interference source before attempting to connect again.
4. You can disconnect and reconnect the REDMI Buds 8 Pro in your device's Bluetooth settings. If the problem persists, please try resetting the earphones. Place both earphones in the charging case and open the lid. Press and hold the button on the charging case for about 10 seconds to reset. Then you can try to re-pair and connect.
5. It is recommended to check and update the firmware through the Xiaomi Earbuds App.
