Why can't the phone search for the REDMI Buds 8 Pro?

If the phone can't search for the REDMI Buds 8 Pro, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check if the earbuds are out of power. Fully charge the earbuds before trying again. (The indicator will illuminate once when the charging case is opened. If the indicator flashes 6 times and then goes out, it means the charging case has a low battery and cannot charge the earbuds.)
2. If the earbuds are not in pairing mode, they will not be found. Enter pairing mode and then pair again. (Open the charging case lid and press and hold the function button on the bottom of the charging case for 2 seconds. The white indicator on the charging case will flash continuously, indicating that the earbuds are in pairing mode. Please try pairing them using your mobile phone to search for earbuds.)
3. If your phone's Bluetooth is not turned on or is unstable, it could also cause the device to not be able to find the device. Try turning Bluetooth on again and then testing.
4. This issue can also occur if the earbuds are already paired with other devices. Please disconnect from other devices first, and then try to pair them again.
5. This issue could be caused by the phone being too far from the device or by interference from other Bluetooth devices. Please bring the phone closer to the earbuds and remove any other Bluetooth devices.
6. A system firmware issue could cause the earbuds to be undetectable. Ensure that both the earbuds' firmware and the Xiaomi Earbuds App are updated to the latest version.
7. Please try restoring the earbuds to factory settings: Place the earbuds back in the charging case, with the case open, press and hold the function button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the white indicator on the charging case flashes rapidly. The earbuds will then restore factory settings and re-enter pairing mode. After restoring factory settings, please pair again.
8. If the problem persists, the Bluetooth module could be faulty. Please contact the local after-sales service center.

Due to the nature of Bluetooth earbuds, electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection and affect your phone's ability to find earbuds.
