What to do if one earbud has no sound when using the REDMI Buds 8 Lite?

If one earbud has no sound when using the REDMI Buds 8 Lite, please refer to the following troubleshooting methods:
1. Check the left and right channel and volume balance settings of your device. Ensure that "Audio Balance Left/Right" is disabled and that "Mono Audio" is turned off. For example, on a Xiaomi phone: [Settings] >> [More settings] >> [Accessibility] >> [Hearing] >> adjust the audio balance slider.
2. One earbud has a low battery or poor contact with the ear, which can cause no sound. It is recommended to ensure both earbuds are sufficiently charged and properly positioned in your ears.
3. Dirt or debris can block the earbud speaker, affecting sound output. Gently clean the earbud openings with a soft brush or cotton swab to remove dust, earwax, or other particles.
4. Delete the earbuds from your device’s Bluetooth list and pair them again.
5. Outdated firmware or app versions can cause audio issues. Please update both the earbuds’ firmware and the Xiaomi Earbuds App to the latest versions.
6. If there is no sound, try connecting to another phone and testing again, or test with a different audio source.
7. Place both earbuds in the charging case and open the lid. Press and hold the function button on the charging case for about 10 seconds to reset the earbuds. After the reset, re-pair and test again.
8. If the problem persists, please contact the after-sales service center for inspection.
