What to do if the REDMI Buds 8 Lite cannot reconnect to the phone after disconnecting?

When the REDMI Buds 8 Lite charging case lid is opened, the earbuds are expected to automatically reconnect to the previously paired device. It is abnormal when it cannot reconnect automatically.
If the REDMI Buds 8 Lite cannot reconnect to the phone after disconnecting, please refer to the following steps:
1. Please check whether the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on or is not working properly. Restart Bluetooth on your phone from the Bluetooth device interface, then tap “REDMI Buds 8 Lite” in the list to check if the connection is successful.
2. If your phone is too far from the earbuds (beyond the effective 10-meter range), if there are obstacles between them, or if there is electromagnetic interference in the area, the Bluetooth connection may be disrupted and the earbuds may fail to reconnect automatically. Please move closer, remove obstacles, or change the location and try reconnecting.
3. The Bluetooth pairing record can be corrupted. Delete the earbuds from your phone's Bluetooth list and pair them again. If this still fails, perform a reset.
4. The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last device they were connected to by default. Please confirm whether your earbuds were last connected to this phone.
5. Please check that the battery is sufficient. An insufficient battery will cause unstable Bluetooth performance. Make sure the earbuds are sufficiently charged before reconnecting.
6. The firmware version may be outdated, leading to connection issues. Update the earbuds to the latest firmware in the Xiaomi Earbuds App.
7. If you still cannot connect using the above methods, you can reset the earbuds. You can now use your device to search and connect to earbuds again.
8. If the problem occurs frequently, there can be a hardware issue with the Bluetooth module. Contact Xiaomi after-sales service for inspection or repair.
