Why can't the Mijia Brushless Cordless Drill 2 be charged?

If the Mijia Brushless Cordless Drill 2 can not be charged, please refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure that the charging cable is firmly connected to both the drill and the power source. Check whether the charger and charging cable are functional and properly connected.
2. Make sure the specified charger and charging cable are used. Do not use damaged, non-original, or incompatible charging cables.
3. Check whether the power outlet is working properly by testing it with another electrical device.
4. Observe whether the charging indicator lights up after the charger is connected.
5. Check the charging port for dust, debris, or poor contact that may affect charging performance.
6. Confirm whether the ambient temperature is too low. Lithium-ion battery activity decreases in low-temperature environments. If the temperature is too low, move the drill to a warmer environment and wait for a while before charging again.
7. If the drill has not been used for a long time and the battery is fully depleted, it may take some time to respond after charging starts. The battery icon will appear on the display once charging begins normally.
8. If the issue persists after completing all the above steps, please contact the after-sales service center for further assistance.
