During the initial operation of the Mijia Brushless Cordless Drill 2, the internal gearbox has not yet completed sufficient break-in, and the lubricating grease between the transmission gears may not be evenly distributed. As a result, increased friction can occur when the gear components first mesh, producing a noticeable temporary noise. With continued normal use, the grease will gradually spread across the gear contact surfaces, allowing natural gear break-in to occur. As the friction coefficient steadily decreases, the operating noise will also be reduced.
If the noise does not decrease after continued use, or if it is accompanied by abnormal vibration or jamming, it is recommended to contact the after-sales service center for inspection. To help maintain optimal performance, avoid prolonged high-speed idling during daily use and regularly clean debris from the chuck area.
